Skatepark Board/Public Meeting April 12th

Hi everyone,

If you've driven by the old temporary park at Cumberland Worship Center lately, you'll notice that most of the ramps have been moved (the quarterpipe will be moved later this month). Don't worry, the ramps are in good hands and we hope to be able to tell you more about where they went and how to skate them in the near future. Stay tuned.

In other news, the City Council meets tonight to approve a resolution for bond financing for the soccer complex and the skatepark. As you can see, they are serious about building a skatepark in Crossville. We look forward to working with them to get more funding and provide the input you've given us over the last 2 years for the new skatepark

Also, we'll be having a Skatepark Board Meeting this Thursday, April 12th from 5-6pm at the Dairy Queen on Main Street. We'll meet in the back small room there to discuss the coming year and fundraising for the new park. Everyone is welcome to attend even if you are not a board member.
