Skatepark Auction of 2 Nights in Pigeon Forge

Win a two-night stay in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and help raise money for the Crossville Skatepark Association.

The Crossville Skatepark Association, a 501C3 non-profit, is auctioning on eBay a two night stay at the Ramada Inn in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. All proceeds from the fundraiser go to the Crossville Skatepark Association whose mission is to inspire, educate and encourage youth through the sports of skateboarding, rollerblading and BMX biking. We are currently raising money to finish the temporary skatepark and pay for insurance for the upcoming year. The money raised from this auction will be placed in the general fund for allocation. Gift Certificate Details
+ Two nights' accommodations at the Ramada Inn located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee valid through November 30, 2006. A value of $126!
+ Eat a Smoky Mountain Breakfast with us and receive a 10% breakfast discount.

Certificate Restrictions
1) Not valid during holidays or special events
2) Not valid after November 30, 2006. Cannot be extended. The Gift Certificate has no cash value (meaning you can't trade the certificate in for money).
3) Not valid during the months of July or October.
4) Room reservations must be made in advance by calling 1-800-523-3919. Guest should state they have a certificate. Certificate must be presented on check-in to be activated. Rooms subject to availability.
5) No pets. No cooking unless your unit is equipped with a kitchen.
6) Personal checks are not accepted.
7) You are responsible for any damages to your room or charges incurred.
8) Gift certificate must be used at the Ramada Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN only.
9) The certificates are like cash, and if lost, cannot be replaced by Smoky Mountain Resorts.
10) Standard cancellation policy applies when an individual makes a reservation.

Tax Deduction Restrictions
The value of the Pigeon Forge Gift certificate is $126. The winning bid may only deduct the amount over the $126 as a charitable deduction. So, if you win the auction at $226, you may record a $100 tax deduction to a public charity. We will provide a receipt to the winning bidder.

Payment and Shipping
We will accept PayPal or personal checks. Certificates will be mailed to the winning bidder once payment has been received.
